We deploy charging stations and support infrastructure through four funding models. We work with our clients to design a solution that works for their specific industry and location’s needs. The key factors to be considered when selecting a suitable funding model for a site include installation, equipment and maintenance costs, infrastructure already available onsite (e.g. connection to grid and voltage, internet access, and mobile networks), business activities taking place on the site (e.g. grocery store, community center, office block, etc.), local authority permit regulations, electricity cost and maintenance, and the potential value-added services that can be offered along with the charging station.

Host Owned

 

The host will be the owner & operator of the EV charging stations. CATEC Energy will sell, install, and test the EV charging station equipment at the host’s expense. It’s perfect for service locations.

Joint Venture

 

The host will provide the site for the installation of EV charging stations. This is a partnership opportunity and allows for an agreed timeframe for transfer of ownership, negotiation of favorable electric tariffs, advisory to make the site profitable, and technical assistance from  CATEC Energy.

Fully Funded

 

CATEC Energy will fund the purchase of equipment, install the charging station on the host’s site, and also manage the operations, and maintenance. CATEC Energy will be responsible for tracking key operating costs and ensuring the profitability of the charging station site.

Charging as a Service 

 

CATEC Energy’s subscription program provides the host with an EV charging station with no upfront costs and without any hassle of installation, maintenance, and operation.
